The Trans Community of New England (TCNE) is a Boston area transgender support organization for the transgender community.

The History Project is focused exclusively on documenting and preserving the history of New England’s LGBTQ communities and sharing that history with LGBTQ individuals, organizations, allies, and the public.

Focuses on alcohol and substance use treatment, care for transgender and gender expansive youth and adults, Gender-affirming surgery, hormone therapy and monitoring, behavioral health services, STD and STI testing and counseling

BARCC provides free, confidential support and services to survivors of sexual violence ages 12 and up and their families and friends. 

Legal advocates and defenders 

Since 1972, SpeakOUT Boston has conducted peer-led training programs to prepare LGBTQ+* community members to effectively tell their personal stories to create positive social change.

Greater Boston PFLAG’s mission is to advocate for and advance equity and societal affirmation of LGBTQ people by building and strengthening loving families, safe communities, and a diverse and inclusive society.

GLASS provides a continuum of services to LGBTQ+ youth of color and their allies in the Greater Boston and Greater Framingham areas.

Casa Myrna delivers solutions to end domestic and dating violence through intervention, awareness, and prevention.

Online Lgbt+ Resources

The Trevor Project’s mission is to end suicide among LGBTQ young people.

a peer support service run by trans people located all over the US and Candada, for trans and questioning callers.

The Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, and Transgender (LGBT) National Help Center, founded in 1996, is a non-profit, tax-exempt organization that provides vital peer support, community connections, and resource information through helplines and online chatrooms.

RAINN (Rape, Abuse & Incest National Network) is the nation's largest anti-sexual violence organization. RAINN created and operates the National Sexual Assault Hotline (800.656.HOPE, online.rainn.org y rainn.org/es) in partnership with more than 1,000 local sexual assault service providers across the country and operates the DoD Safe Helpline for the Department of Defense. RAINN also carries out programs to prevent sexual violence, help survivors, and ensure that perpetrators are brought to justice.

NSVRC provides research & tools to advocates working on the frontlines to end sexual harassment, assault, and abuse with the understanding that ending sexual violence also means ending racism, sexism, and all forms of oppression.

24 hours a day, seven days a week, 365 days a year, the National Domestic Violence Hotline provides essential tools and support to help survivors of domestic violence so they can live their lives free of abuse.
